At My Sprinkles of Love, every order is packed with care, creativity, and a little sprinkle of joy. We aim to make sure your cards, gift wrap, and stationery reach you beautifully and on time, wherever you are in the world.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We offer:

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class (usually 2–4 working days)
  • First Class Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class (usually 1–2 working days)
  • Tracked Delivery: Available upon request for peace of mind

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

International Delivery

We’re proud to ship worldwide so that customers everywhere can enjoy our inclusive designs.

International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on destination and local customs. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs checks or postal service disruptions.

All international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.

Packaging

Every order is lovingly packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our eco-friendly packaging materials are chosen to protect your items and the planet — because we care about both.

Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders close together, we’ll do our best to combine them into one parcel to reduce packaging and postage costs.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check with your local delivery office first. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at [insert email address] with your order number, and we’ll look into it right away.

Please allow:

  • 10 working days after dispatch for UK orders
  • 25 working days after dispatch for international orders
    before reporting a parcel as missing

Pre-Orders and Seasonal Products

During peak seasons (like Christmas), some items may be available on a pre-order basis. We’ll always let you know if your order includes a pre-order item and provide an estimated dispatch date.

Delivery Address
