Return and refund policy

At My Sprinkles of Love, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Every card, wrap, and gift is created with love, care, and attention to detail. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay!
Our Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resaleable condition with all packaging intact.
Please note that due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of some products, these items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Return Postage
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund using your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Digital downloads or printables
- Sale items (unless damaged or defective)
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are welcome to return items under the same terms. Please clearly mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid import charges.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great pride in quality control, but if your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll happily replace or refund your item.
How to Return
To arrange a return, please contact us at info@mysprinklesoflove.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
