If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return — we’ll guide you through the process. Please note, buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Unfortunately, personalised or made-to-order items can’t be returned unless faulty. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and order number so we can replace or refund your item.
